We start from Kuala Lumpur and head out to the Taman Negara National Park. Taman Negara is a tropical rain forest with a 130 million year history! Activities include a canopy walk through the rain forest, trekking and a visit to an ethnic aborigine village deep in the forest.

Our second day takes us up to the Cameron Highlands, well known for its cooler temperatures with tea plantations, flower gardens, fruit orchards and stunning waterfalls.

Our last and final stop is in Penang, known as the pearl of the Orient with some of the best beaches. Penang is also a food haven with lots of activities and places to visit.

Itinerary

Day 1 – Kuala Lumpur to Taman Negara, staying at a 3 star hotel available at that point of time.
Taman Negara National Park 1938 is a 130 million years old tropical rain forest with plenty of animals like tigers, elephants and tapirs to see. There are over 14,000 flowering plants and 300 different species of birds.
The objective of the park is to protect and conserve the eco system with its rivers, waterfalls, secret caves, rolling hills with lush greenery.
7.00am: Depart for Taman Negara.
10.30am: On arrival we do the canopy walkway, trek up Teresek hills, enjoy some snacks in the forest and then get into a boat for rapids shooting and visit an aborigine village to watch their fire making and blowpipe techniques.
4.00pm: Return to floating cafe for lunch and check in to hotel.
7.00pm: Dinner at a floating cafe followed by a night jungle walk.
10.00pm: Back to the hotel.

Day 2 – Taman Negara to the Cameron Highlands, staying at a 3 star hotel available at that point of time. 
Cameron Highlands is a hill resort with temperatures from 10 – 25 degrees celcius. Camerons is known for its farmlands, tea plantations, flower nurseries, fruit orchards and waterfalls.
8am: Check out and depart for the Cameron Highlands.
12pm: Lunch followed by a Cameron Highlands tour, viewing tea plantations, a strawberry farm, butterfly farm, insectarium, cactus and flower gardens, vegetable and fruit market.
5pm: Check in to hotel.
7pm: Dinner, the “hot pot” – a signature dish in the Camerons suits well for the cold weather.
10pm: Back to hotel.

Day 3 – Cameron Highlands to Penang, staying at a 3 star hotel available at that point of time. 
The island was founded by Sir Francis Light in 1786 and is now known as the pearl of the orient. Penang is a beautiful island listed as a UNESCO site and has many historical sights to be visited. The main town is Georgetown which was a multi cultural heritage and trading port. Penang is also well known as a food haven.

8am: Depart for Penang and take a ferry ride into the island. Visit the clan jetty – a picturesque fishing village with wooden houses on stilts and planked walkways built over water.  
1pm  Lunch and visit the Khoo Kongsi – a clan house temple. Then take a trishaw ride to Fort Cornwallis through Georgetown to feel the heritage rich city,  then proceeding to the 33 meters long Reclining Buddha.
5pm: Check in to hotel. Free and easy. End of tour. 

Day 4 – Penang
12pm: Check out and continue your own journey.
